Non Responsive
Under the condition that a standardized connectivity test has been done, there is still no image or display responding to the touch in the touch area of the user interface.
1. You should check the connectivity of data cable and the power supply, including fracture of outgoing line. Meanwhile, make sure the input voltage is within the range of 4.74V to 5.25V.
2. If the components are detachable from each other, please check the connectivity of the components and fracture of cables.
3. Enter the device manager to see if the touch screen hardware is there. One method is to plug or pull out the cable to see if the device appears or disappears in the device manager. This method only works for USB screen.

Discontinuous Line
Under the condition that a standardized connectivity test has been done, the line drawn on the touch area is discontinuous segment.
1. Check the light transmitting panel to see if there is damage or foreign object to block the light. You can try to wipe out the foreign object with ethanol.
2. Check if the touch screen is deformed during installation. Dissemble the touch screen and place it on a level surface. If it turns out to be no deformation, you can reassemble it.

Partial Non-responsive to Touching
Under the condition that a standardized connectivity test has been done, part of the screen has no response to touching.
1. Check the light transmitting panel to see if there is damage or foreign object to block the light. You can try to wipe out the foreign object with ethanol.
2. If the components are detachable from each other, please check the connectivity of the components and fracture of cables.

Reversed Direction of Coordinates
Under the condition that a standardized test of connectivity has been done, the mouse cursor goes to the opposite direction from the actual touching direction of X or Y.
Use our UI V2.0 software to calibrate the reversion using angle rotation process. No other drive is needed.

The Order of the USB Outgoing Lines
The order of the USB outgoing lines is red, white, green, and then black.

Identify the Anode and Cathode of a Power Supply?
Both main control panel and the touch panel use DC 5V as power supply. DC 5V works as an independent power supply and, consumes power from that of the monitor. Please identify the anode and cathode correctly. If you need, ask help from professionals to identify the anode and cathode with multimeter to avoid burning the control panel and the touch panel.

Screen Flickers after Turning on the Monitor
When the touch screen hasn’t been installed into the monitor, it passed every test. However, after the installation, the monitor keeps shaking and flickering. This abnormity is probably caused by the pulses produced by the monitor. Changing monitor or using aluminum foil touch screen can block the interference.

Skip Point and the Malfunction of Screen Bottom
If the edges of the touch screen cannot be reached while drawing lines, you should check whether the size of the main control panel is compatible with that of the touch panel. If not, just change the right control panel.

Line Drawing Abnormity
You should check if the surface of the screen is blocked by dust so that the infrared ray cannot be received properly. If so, please clean the screen.
